Mars Family Quest
Embark on an exciting adventure through the Cathedral this October with our Family Quest: Mars, War, and Peace! Explore the spectacular Cathedral setting on this space-themed journey.
This engaging and educational journey will captivate participants of all ages, offering families opportunities for discovery, learning, and fun.
This Quest is free to take part in during Cathedral opening hours and no booking is required.

Visitors will have the chance to see Luke Jerram's incredible seven-metre sculpture of Mars up close in the Cathedral Nave, accompanied by an immersive soundtrack in the surroundings of our stunning dramatic space. The artwork features detailed NASA imagery of the Martian surface and is on rotation.
Plan your visit during daytime Cathedral opening hours to explore the installation at your leisure. 

Entry is by voluntary donation. A diverse and packed programme of activities accompanies this exhibition, including special evening viewings, yoga and more!
