Are you aged 13-17 and interested in making a difference for nature and wildlife? Do you want to gain skills and experience in nature conservation and volunteer alongside like-minded people?
Young Rangers is a volunteering opportunity, open to young people aged 13-17 which can be used as your Duke of Edinburgh Volunteering if appropriate.
What you will do:
Learn about wildlife including insects, plants, birds and mammals
Learn how to help and protect different habitats through conservation
Develop skills in using tools and surveying animals and plants
Undertake practical, conservation and land management tasks
Meet new people
